Admissions CRM, Phase 1: Inquiry to Enrollment, No Second Portal

Capture leads, run save-and-resume applications, score candidates side by side, and run a fair lottery, then convert an accepted student into the same Registration & Enrollment pipeline everyone else uses.

Admissions CRM, Phase 1: Inquiry to Enrollment, No Second Portal

Finalsite SchoolAdmin is, by our own competitive research, the deepest single-vendor admissions suite among the platforms we track: funnel views, side-by-side candidate review, a lottery presentation mode, dual checklists. Admissions CRM Phase 1 is Bloomz’s answer to the parts of that bar most schools use most often, inquiry through an enrollment decision.

Before a family even has a Bloomz account

A public inquiry form on your website captures a lead, no Bloomz account required, with source tracking for web, event, referral, walk-in, or an imported list. From there, families complete a save-and-resume online application against a checklist your school configures per admissions season, forms, documents, recommendation letters, application fees.

Review, decide, or run a lottery

Reviewers score candidates side by side against a rubric your admissions team defines. Decisions, accept, deny, waitlist, defer, go out with templated notifications. Where a program needs one, a seeded, reproducible lottery draw runs with sibling preference and a privacy-controlled results view: names, initials, or number-only, your choice.

One click, into real enrollment

Accepting a student doesn’t hand a family a second account to create or a separate admissions portal to remember. One click converts an accepted applicant into the same Registration & Enrollment packet every other family at that school completes, once the school has published that year’s packet.

What Phase 1 is, and what’s still ahead

This release covers inquiry, application, review, decisions, waitlist, and lottery, plus the convert step. Contracts and deposits, drip-campaign nurture workflows, AI-suggested follow-ups, and trend-over-time funnel analytics are a later phase, not part of what’s shipping now. We’d rather be specific about Phase 1’s real edges than let the name “Admissions CRM” imply more than it currently does.

Available now, behind a flag

Admissions CRM Phase 1 is an Enrollment add-on, off by default until your district turns it on. See how it connects to enrollment on the Admissions page.
