Forms That Route Themselves

Attach a multi-step approval chain to any form, by role, staff capability, or a named approver, with due dates, reminders, and a district-wide template library, matching SchoolStatus Forms & Flows.

Forms That Route Themselves

A medication authorization needs the nurse’s sign-off, then the front office’s, then a notice home, and until now that meant someone tracking three separate steps by memory or by email. SchoolStatus Forms & Flows built its name on automating exactly this. Bloomz now matches it.

A real approval chain

Attach a multi-step workflow to any form, sign-off by role, by a specific staff capability, or by a named approver. Due dates come with automatic reminders as they approach, and an overdue step surfaces in a paged approver inbox instead of sitting quietly in someone’s email.

A library your whole district shares

District admins publish a shared template library once, and any school duplicates a template with one click, getting notified automatically when the district updates the source. Field trip permissions, medication authorizations, device agreements, the dozen forms every school reuses every year, built once, not once per building.

What a workflow step can, and can’t, do

A step can wait on a Bloomz Pay payment before it advances to the next approver, something a standalone forms tool can’t do because it has no billing system to check against. To be precise about the current release: a workflow step does not write field-level data back into a student’s profile or your SIS today, that intended write is logged to an audit trail for now, not applied to the record. We’d rather describe the honest scope than the eventual one.

Available now, behind a flag

Forms & Workflows is part of Bloomz Premium, off by default until your district turns it on. Build your first workflow from the Forms, Polls & eSignatures page.
