One Post, Three Social Feeds, Zero Extra Tools

Social Cross-Posting publishes a Bloomz post to your school's Facebook, Instagram, and X automatically, with automatic retries on failure, no separate social media tool required.

One Post, Three Social Feeds, Zero Extra Tools

ParentSquare calls it Smart Sites social cross-posting. Apptegy’s pitch is “post once, appear everywhere.” Both are pointing at the same real need: a comms director shouldn’t have to write the same announcement three times for three different apps. Bloomz now matches that baseline, and connects it to something a standalone social tool can’t touch.

The same post, everywhere it needs to be

Once a post is public and set to show on your website, Bloomz can publish it to your connected Facebook Page, Instagram, and X automatically. It’s the exact same moderated, translated, alt-texted content your families already see in the app and on your site, not a separate draft assembled for social media.

It retries itself, quietly

If a publish attempt fails, Bloomz retries automatically, up to five times with increasing delay, before anyone has to notice. There’s no manual retry button to hunt for, because in most cases nobody needs to click one. (One honest exception: Instagram requires an image, so a text-only post targeting Instagram shows as “Skipped,” not “Failed,” and that’s permanent for that post, not a bug to retry past.)

Status you can actually see

Every viewer of a post can see its per-channel publish status, and staff with the right permission get a fuller publish log with a reason for any skip or failure. Turn off “Show on Website” and the post recalls from every social channel it reached, not just the app.

Available now, behind a flag

Social Cross-Posting is part of Bloomz Complete, off by default until your district connects its accounts. See the details on the Communication Hub page, or ask your success manager to get it set up.
