A feed that’s actually a feed
District and campus staff spaces provision automatically from your existing staff roster, no second roster to build or maintain. Posting reuses the exact same Post pipeline families already use, reactions, comments, moderation, so it behaves like a real feed rather than a static bulletin board nobody checks. An admin can hand posting rights to specific staff members without granting them wider admin access to anything else, and a district or school can spin up a department space, say, for a grade-level team or a committee, whenever one is needed.
Materials Hub: one library, the right audience for each item
Handbooks, forms, and shared documents live in a nested-folder library, and every resource carries its own visibility tier: staff-only, space members, or public web. What to expect on day one
Membership follows a manual “Sync now” against your roster rather than updating in real time, so a staff member’s access is current as of the last sync, not the instant their role changes. A space can’t be renamed once it’s created. Neither is a dealbreaker for most schools, but worth knowing before you build your first one.
