Welcome to Bloomz's forms feature, designed to simplify and enhance your school's document intake process. With the ability to create custom forms or utilize our pre-set templates for tasks like school conference sign-ups and permission slips, you can tailor the experience to meet your unique needs. Our versatile question types, ranging from dropdowns and multiple-choice options to text boxes, ensure that collecting information is efficient and user-friendly. 1. Selecting from Pre-Built Templates 

forms-first-stepWith Bloomz forms, you have the flexibility to enhance your school’s communication and administrative efficiency like never before. Choose from a variety of pre-built form templates designed for common needs, or unleash your creativity by crafting your own custom templates tailored to your specific requirements. This feature not only saves time and effort but also ensures that your forms are readily available for future use, making it easier to handle everything from event registrations to important notifications. Experience the convenience of streamlined documentation with Bloomz forms, where customization meets efficiency.

Step 1.) Click Create in the top right hand corner

Step 2.) Click "Forms"

Step 3.) Either select a template or click "create new" in the top right.

2. Creating a Template from Scratch

Lets say you need to create a form, but after looking through the pre-made templates none of them will work, what should you do to create a new one? Well first click "Create New" in the top right corner.

Enter the title of the new form, and check off whether it needs signatures or student information. Then click "Next."

Type in the question in the text box on the left, and then click the turquoise "+ Add Question" button on the right.

You can add as many questions as you want, note that you have the ability to add inputs like: Long Answer, Short Answer, Drop Downs, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, datetime and even file upload. Once you have all the questions filled out how you like, just click the "Create" button in the top right hand side of the screen.

3. Sending Out the Formforms-recipients

Once you have saved the form it will be added to your templates. To send that out click the +Create button in the top right, and select the new saved form from the list.

Now simply select the group, class, or school you want this to go out to.

Then click "Send" and you are all done!
