Sales & Customer Success Intern

🌟 Part-Time Summer Internship Opportunity: Sales & Customer Success Intern (20 hrs/week)

Location: Remote | Duration: Summer 2025 | Type: Paid / Unpaid Internship
Bloomz is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Success Intern to support our Sales and Operations teams this summer. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in CRM management, invoicing processes, and customer onboarding materials—all while collaborating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Update CRM data in HubSpot after sales are closed.
Assist with generating renewal quotes and maintaining weekly invoice records using HubSpot, Monday and QuickBooks.
Contribute to Google Sites or Canvas onboarding materials (a plus, not mandatory).
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure post-sales processes are executed efficiently.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure completion with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Monday and/or QuickBooks (preferred, not required)
Experience with Google Sites or Canvas (a plus)
