Name the season and the sport, list the divisions with their birth-date windows, spot counts and prices, and Bloomz creates one program for each. The waiver, the registration dates, the season dates and the field are set once and copied to every division. Run it again and divisions that already exist are left alone. The season setup agent can draft the list from last season's spreadsheet.
A parent opening the season sees which divisions each of their children can join, based on the date of birth on the child's profile. A child with no date of birth on file is asked for it at registration. A parent cannot change a stored date of birth to fit a division.
When a division is full, the next registration joins the waitlist instead of being turned away. When a spot opens, the next child in line who still fits the age window is promoted. Staff with the right role can register a child outside the window on purpose, and each exception is recorded.
A division can require a signed waiver or form before registration completes. The fee is charged through Bloomz payments, with installment plans and discounts where you set them up. When registration completes, the child is on the division's roster, ready for the team builder.
Ask for documents with a registration, such as proof of age or a medical release, and see which families have sent them. For divisions that hold tryouts, schedule the sessions, record each player's evaluation, and let the team builder use those results when it forms teams.
Yes. A division has an optional window of birth dates. A birth year is January 1 to December 31, and a school-year cutoff can be any pair of dates. A division with no window has no age rule.
Staff with the right role can register the child anyway. Bloomz records who made the exception.
Season registration is built on Bloomz Recreation program registration, which our team switches on for your league during setup.
We build Bloomz for Sports Leagues to cost less than TeamSnap in total, processing included. League pricing is not published yet, so talk to us about founding leagues.
A short call about your divisions, your fields and the tools you use today, not a generic pitch.
