- Progress Reviews: Oversee performance reviews for schools, staff, and student outcomes to assess how well district goals were met.
- Facility Readiness: Begin planning for summer maintenance, renovations, or upgrades to school buildings and campuses.
2. Staffing & Budget Planning
- Personnel Decisions: Finalize staff reassignments, retirements, resignations, and hiring plans for the upcoming year.
- Budget Finalization: Wrap up current fiscal year expenditures and solidify the budget for the next school year, including allocations for staffing, technology, curriculum, and transportation.
- Union Negotiations: Address any outstanding labor agreements or prep for upcoming contract renewals
3. Stakeholder Communication & Strategic Planning

- Graduation & Promotion Events: Support and attend key milestone events like graduations, award ceremonies, and transitions to new grade levels.
