Record each coach's and volunteer's background check, SafeSport, concussion training, CPR and First Aid, or a credential you define, with its issue and expiry dates and proof files. The club sets which credentials each role needs: head coach, assistant coach, team manager or referee. A background check carries a status of not started, pending, clear or needs review. Bloomz records the result of a check you or your provider ran. It does not run the check.
Each team shows whether its coaches are current, expiring or flagged. An expired or missing required credential flags the person. It never removes a coach from a team, locks a roster or hides the team: the club decides. A team with several staff and no head coach is marked so head-coach-only requirements cannot be skipped.
A credential expiring within 30 days gets a reminder, and another at 7 days, once each for that expiry date. A renewal re-arms them. Expired credentials are flagged instead of nagged. Directors see the same items in League Health.
A division can ask for up to ten documents, such as a birth certificate, and say which file types are accepted. Parents upload them with the registration. Staff verify each one or reject it with a reason: unreadable, wrong document, expired, incomplete, name mismatch or other. A rejection tells the parent, who uploads a replacement. Documents never block a registration, and staff chase what is missing from the roster. Documents are deleted 90 days after the program ends.
Export a roster as a CSV for a team or a division, in a generic layout, a state-association layout or a coach-credentials layout. The state-association layout is a starting point based on the sheets associations commonly publish, so check it against your association's form. Print card sheets for a team, eight cards a page, for players or coaches. A referee or tournament desk can verify a card by its code, and you can revoke a card, which issues a replacement on the next sheet.
