Upload the partner's catalog file and preview it before anything is saved. Each row becomes a kit item with sizes, a price and optional colours, and a bundle can combine several items. Running the same file again changes nothing, and a bad row is reported by row number without stopping the rest.
Open a window for chosen teams or a whole division, choose the items everyone needs and set a deadline. Either include the kit in registration, or have families pay in the store at checkout. The window moves from open to closed to submitted to delivered.
A parent picks a size for each child, and where an item can be personalised, a number from 0 to 99 and a name to print. Numbers are first come, first served within a team and season, so two parents racing for the same number get one winner. The director can override and allow a duplicate, and it is flagged on the dealer sheet.
Export the sheet as a CSV or a PDF. It lists each team, player, number, name on shirt and the size of every item, with size counts per team. Only orders that are paid, or included in registration, are counted, and you see how many were left off. See who is missing a size, and mark the order submitted and then delivered. If you have a partner deal, Bloomz records the share and reports what it comes to. Bloomz pays no one.
If you charge in the store, yes, at checkout with the rest of the store. Or include the kit in registration and nothing is owed separately.
Refund the store order first, then the family can order again.
Not directly. You import the supplier's catalog file and send the supplier the dealer sheet.
A director sends a reminder with one tap, up to once an hour.
A short call about your divisions, your fields and the tools you use today, not a generic pitch.
