Choose the division, the season dates, the days and hours you can play (for example Saturdays from 9 to 2), how long each game slot is, and the fields you use. The scheduler plays every team against every other in the division, and doubles that when you have enough days. Not happy with the arrangement? Ask for another one. The same inputs always give the same result, so you can compare.
A team plays once a day. A coach never has two games at the same time, or coaches both sides of one game. A field is never used twice at once, and its set-up and tear-down time counts. A field already booked by a renter, or blocked by an event or a blackout date, is skipped. Anything that would break a rule blocks publishing, and games that cannot be placed are listed with the reason so you can place them by hand.
Move a game to another slot, swap two games or flip home and away. The conflict check runs again after every edit and once more at publish time. The preview tells you how many games, teams and families will be affected before you commit. Publishing puts each game on both teams' calendars, books the field where your league books fields, and tells each team's families once, not once per game.
When a field floods, close that field, or a whole park, for the dates affected. Reflow finds every upcoming game on it and proposes the nearest free slot for each, trying the same day first, then later days. The same rules apply, so the fix does not create a new clash. Approve it and the calendars and field bookings move together. Families get one notice per team listing what changed, and any referee assigned to a moved game is asked to reconfirm.
Built from your fields and time windows, and checked against every team, coach and field.
No. It proposes a draft. Games are written to calendars and families are notified only after a person approves the draft.
The fields your league books through Bloomz facilities. A field that is only typed in by name is shown for planning but is never booked.
The games it could not place are listed with the reason. You can place them by hand, and the conflict check still applies.
Yes. Edit the game on the team calendar, or use rainout reflow when a field closes. Referees assigned to the game are asked to reconfirm.
Yes. A division is the teams of one sport, level and season, and the scheduler works the same way for any sport.
A short call about your divisions, your fields and the tools you use today, not a generic pitch.
