Know who is in every room, and who is allowed to take them home.

A kiosk families use in ten seconds, and a ratio you can see before a licensor does.

Families check in at a kiosk or with a QR code, answer the health check and sign. Staff clock in the same way, so each room shows its head count against the staff on the floor. At pickup, the adult has to be on the child's list, and a custody note stops the check-out (rolling out).

Ten seconds at the door, a signed record behind every child

A parent enters a PIN or scans a QR code, picks the children, answers the health check and signs. Siblings in different rooms check in together. Each check-in and check-out lands on the child's record with the time, the adult and the signature, so the daily sign-in sheet builds itself.

Ratios you can see before they slip

Staff clock in on the kiosk or their phone and are counted in the room they are in. The room board shows children and staff side by side, so the director sees the Toddler room go over during a break and sends help, instead of finding out from a licensor. Age-band tables per room, with a room allowed to be stricter than the center, are rolling out.

Pickup that holds up when a stranger is at the door

Each child carries a list of adults who may pick them up, with photos. At check-out, an adult who is not on the list is stopped, and a child with a custody note cannot be checked out without the director (rolling out). The parent gets a notice when their child leaves.

Questions we hear

Common questions

Do we need special hardware?

No. The kiosk runs on any tablet in a browser, and families can use their own phone with a QR code.

Can staff check in on the same kiosk?

Yes. Staff clock in with their own PIN, and that is what feeds the room ratio.

Can we print the daily sign-in sheet?

Yes. Print a day or export a month as a CSV, with the time, the adult and the signature for every check-in and check-out.

Does Bloomz report subsidy attendance to the state?

No. Centers that take state subsidy keep using their state's attendance system for that. Bloomz keeps your own signed attendance record.
