A family finds your inquiry page, asks in their own language and books a tour; staff get the calendar invite. After the tour, the family joins the waitlist, and when a seat opens you send an offer with a deposit and a contract to sign, all in the app the family will use every day once enrolled.
Each room's capacity comes from its check-in capacity or its age band's maximum group. Bloomz counts enrolled children, planned last days and accepted offers with start dates, and shows the open seats room by room, week by week, so you can fill a January seat in November.
Date of birth, start date, schedule and room, on the center's own page.
The childcare side of enrollment is merged and reaches centers with the next Bloomz release.

Yes. Offers can carry a deposit paid in the app, and registration fees bill through Bloomz Pay.
The waitlist works today. Matching children to open seats by age band, start date and schedule is rolling out.
A short call about your rooms, your families and the app you use today, not a generic pitch.
