Pick the children, write the note, choose a learning domain, and optionally pick a milestone and whether the child has shown it or is getting there. Add up to four photos. Every observation is private to staff by default. Sharing is a choice on each observation, and a guardian sees only the observations you shared.
Bloomz includes an original catalog of 60 milestones across four age bands (infant, toddler, preschool and pre-K) and five learning domains, written in plain language in English, Spanish and Arabic. A director can hide a milestone, reword it or add one for the center. The catalog is a guide, and the report says so. It is not a screening or a diagnosis.
Each child's progress shows the highest level seen for every milestone, with the observations behind it. A milestone once seen does not move back. The printable report comes as a PDF or a CSV in the guardian's language, English, Spanish or Arabic, with Arabic laid out right to left, and the teacher can add a note. Families see only shared observations.
If your program records DRDP or Teaching Strategies GOLD in its own system, the assessment import brings those results in, and they appear on the child's progress beside the observations. Bloomz does not reproduce or score either framework. The import presets are a starting point that your program completes against its own export, and it needs Thrive turned on for the center.
No. Bloomz imports the results from your program's file and shows them beside observations. The scoring stays in the framework you use.

Center staff see every observation. A guardian sees only the ones staff shared, and the report is built from those.
No. Bloomz does not preload state learning standards. The milestone catalog is original to Bloomz, and you can edit it.
